Talked with the plumbing inspector and the did talk with Lee Ray Hanly the Senior Building Inspector, and a permit was not required due to non bearing wall, and was an infill. Called back Property Manger to advise him of finding. Violation abated, close case. |

STOP BY SITE & WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. HAS PERMIT FOR PLUMBING, BUT NOT FOR BUILDING REPAIRS. DID TALK TO JIM BRIGHT, THE PROPERTY MANAGER, & HE WAS NOT AWARE OF PERMIT BEING REQUIRED. HE SAID HE WILL ADDRESS PERMIT. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. |
