03/03/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I was going to cite and when talking to the engineer, the development plans have been approved. They are not being issued due to a canopy next to a modular unit and supposedly not showing as being approved under a permit. I have advised for Greg to talk to Craig Gross , which he has already made appointment to meet on this subject. This area is not part of the violation but on the same parcel. I will be waiting for a call for results of the meeting. Will check in 10 days.
11/20/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I have just talked to the engineer doing the drawings and they have been on hold due to other priority's with other contractors. Greg was advised that he has 30 days from today to get a permit and hopefully an inspection before than. If permit not issued in the next 30 days, a citation will be issued. Plans are missing changes that are being required from last review. I have talk to the owner Doug on 11-4-08 due to the engineer was out of town and he was going to call the engineer due to I told him about the citation. On 11-5-08 Doug called me due to he wasn't able to find the owner or make contact with the engineer. Greg will be working on the drawings more to submit for approval at D.S.D. Will be checking case in 30 days and if permit not issued will be sending the citation to Doug.
08/11/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved TALKED TO GREG FROM ENGINEERING COMPANY & HAS TO MEET WITH SUPERVISOR OF ENGINEERING & ZONING ON CHANGES DONE TO REVISE PLANS. HAVING PROBLEMS ON 25% ON CHANGE TO PROPERTY. HOPES TO HAVE RESOLVED BY THIS WEEK & WILL BE TALKING TO CRAIG GROSS ON CHANGES MADE. WILL CHECK IN 45 DAYS.

04/22/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved UNABLE TO GET OWNER BUT CALLED ENGINEER, GREG STATED THAT DEVELOPMENT PLANS ARE BEING SUBMITTED AND WAITING FOR COMMENTS THEN WILL BE SUBMITTING ENTIRE PLANS FOR APPROVAL. 02/06/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I met with the owner last week and the plans are completed. I was waiting for the engineer to call me and he left a message on the phone that the plans will be submitted by this week. It's a commercial project and the plans may be kept for plan check. He has other items on the plan that don't belong to the violation I have. These drawings have any item that was added with out a permit to make the property listed with plans to Development Services for records. There has been inspection done to get to this phase by Development Services already completing C of O's. I will be checking this in 30 days to check if permit has been issued.
01/28/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WENT TO OFFICE & TALKED TO DOUG, THE OWNER, & DRAWINGS ARE DONE & SHOULD BE GETTING SUBMITTED TO DSD. TRIED TO CALL ENGINEER FROM OFFICE, BUT WAS AT MEETING & DOUG LEFT A MESSAGE. THESE DRAWINGS ARE FOR THE WHOLE PROPERTY. WILL WAIT FOR GREG TO CALL ON INFO. WILL CHECK IN 10 DAYS.
01/17/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector has been to site and found they are working on obtaining permits. The engineer working on the project said a fly over has been completed and the surveyer is compiling the results. A topography is being made for grades which will determine what dirt has been removed. Once all is complete, the engineer can conclude what has been changed. This will take time considering all that needs to be accomplished. The inspector is updated on a regular basis by the owner and engineer working on the project. A 45-day follow-up inspection has been scheduled for 01/28/08.
12/11/2007 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved NO MORE HAS BEEN DONE, THE FLY OVER HAS BEEN DONE & SURVEY HAS REPORT & WORKING ON RESULTS TO PRODUCE TOPOGRAPHY. TALKED TO GREGG, THE ENGINEER, FOR UPDATE. WILL CHECK IN 45 DAYS.
