Sent Desiree Wabich a NOV (which never came back). After the 30 day period I went back and found the place to still be in the same condition. I sent Mrs. Wabich a Citation. This was returned by the post office. Sent the Citation by Certified mail. which was also sent back to the city. A process server will be our next step. If this doesn't work. I'll have to post the Citation on the door and post the notice in the paper. |
