Inspection revealed minimal issue. It appears the property owner is constructing a wall at the front of the residence. The gates have not been installed yet. There is storage in view from the street however it is minimal. Will attempt contact with the owner to get the timeline from the owner with regard to the gates and advise him of the rule on residential storage. |
