There is a number of trucks and trailer on the property but they are not for sale and they belong to the owner of the property and who is also building the new units. I can see from a picture taken in 07 that it would look like someone was using this property to manufacture trailers & store large trucks & trailers. That is not the case as of this date and case T07DV09546 should be closed. The trailer and the equipment that are on the property now are being used for the construction work. They are other small trailers and other items but it is all with in the guidelines for storage; he is not close to the 25 % rule. | |
