I attempted to contact the home owner and got voicemail only. I called the owner again on Tuesday the 18th and again got voicemail to which I left another message. I called the tenant to advice and got her voicemail. I left a message with the tenant telling her if I did not hear from the owner by the morning of the 19th, I wold assist her in arrangements to temporarily relocate until the electrical system could be repaired by the owner, once contact was made with the owner. |
