UNITS ARE VACANT AND SECURE. MET WITH MAINTENANCE AND UNITS HAVE HAD DRYWALL REMOVED UP TO 2' UP. CEILING HAD POPCORN TEXTURE REMOVED IN #58. MANAGEMENT IS STILL GETTING BIDS TO MAKE REPAIRS. TENANT FROM #68 STILL IN HOSPITAL AND TENANT FROM #58 HAS BEEN PLACED INTO ANOTHER UNIT. MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED THAT A PERMIT IS REQUIRED DUE TO WHAT HAS BEEN REMOVED ON DRYWALL. THEY WILL ADVISED CONTRACTOR WHO GET WORK TO GET PERMIT. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS - -TEMP1 |
