The tenant stated she was unaware of when the final repairs were scheduled. I advised her to ocntact the owner for htat information. I told her that the contractor, Bob Blizzard, had contacted myself and stated he would be upgrading the service sometime late this week or early next week. A check of P+ revealed a valid permit issued 08-20-07 for a 200AMP service upgrade. Follow up 09-10-07.
08/20/2007 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I received a phone call from the electrician and he stated the property owner has given him the go-ahead to replace the service. Bob Blizzard Electric will pull the perimts and begin work next week.
