ACCORDING TO MR CAMPISTA THERE IS A HISTORY OF THE COMPLEX & HOME OWNER ASS TRYING TO HAVE CITY ADDRESS THIS WASH. TURNS OUT BOTH HOME OWNER ASSOC & APT COMPLEX ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING NAYLOR WASH. CITY HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER WASH.
