Development Services has a building permit for this addition in ISSUED status, meaning plans have been approved and work is progressing. DSD Building Inspectors have been out at the property as recently as 8/13/07. The plans show 9'0" setbacks as opposed to the complaint of 6'0" setbacks. The 9'0" setbacks were approved by DSD, as well as the height of 13'0' in this R3 zone, which is no higher than the original structure. This in and of itself shows the property is in apparent compliance, since DSD has been out and would catch any building errors or irregularities from the original plans. An inspection was conducted on 8/16/07 and showed an addition in progress with the approved permit posted, along with the plans. Setbacks were measured by hand and agreed with the approved plans of 9'0". No violations were found, so case will be closed as invalid. LRP |
