Building 8 is only a description that was written down by the owner because we are working off of one plan for the entire site (7th and Hoff) where he has identified the buildings by number instead of address. The final description when this is over will actually be changed to whatever it is....massage, mercantile, smoke shop and office were the three different occupancies for all the buildings.

Emailed attorney Silvyn, Keri to ask for status she replied the following.
Juan: Steve Fenton and I met with Jessie. He confirmed with me last
week that we have a conceptual agreement on how to proceed with the
outstanding violations and obtaining C of Os on all tenants along Hoff
and 7th Avenue. I am in the midst of putting that agreement into
writing, making sure everyone is on the same page, and then we will
proceed. Once I have a document signed by both the City and Mr. Fenton, I will
forward it to you - it will outline how we are proceeding to obtain C of Os.

Jesse Sanders replied the following.
I have met with both Mr. Fenton and his attorney a few times and conversed via email multiple times. The approach I am taking is they need a plan to get all buildings on the parcel a C of O - I did not want them to get a C of O for the three buildings you cited and knowingly allow the others to operate without C of O until someone lodged a complaint.

We are working on a phasing plan where the first three that get a C of O are the ones you cited. There are some accessibility issues that need to be addressed as well.
