Juan: Steve Fenton and I met with Jessie. He confirmed with me last week that we have a conceptual agreement on how to proceed with the outstanding violations and obtaining C of Os on all tenants along Hoff and 7th Avenue. I am in the midst of putting that agreement into writing, making sure everyone is on the same page, and then we will proceed. Once I have a document signed by both the City and Mr. Fenton, I will forward it to you - it will outline how we are proceeding to obtain C of Os. Jesse Sanders replied the following. I have met with both Mr. Fenton and his attorney a few times and conversed via email multiple times. The approach I am taking is they need a plan to get all buildings on the parcel a C of O - I did not want them to get a C of O for the three buildings you cited and knowingly allow the others to operate without C of O until someone lodged a complaint. We are working on a phasing plan where the first three that get a C of O are the ones you cited. There are some accessibility issues that need to be addressed as well. |
