A/C WORKING. H/C WATER. STOVE 2 BURNERS WORKING. 2 SMOKE DETECTORS NOT WORKING, 24 HOURS TO REPLACE. EVIDENCE OF WATER LEAK, BEDROOMS. WITH PROPERTY MANAGER: SHE STATED THAT SMOKE ALARMS WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 24 HOURS. HOWEVER, SHE STATED THAT ON 08-01-07. THEY WENT TO APT 2108 TO REPLACE SMOKE ALARMS AND ENTRY WAS REFUSED. APARTMENT MANAGER: SMOKE ALARMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. W/TENANT SMOKE ALARMS INSTALLED AND WORKING. GARBAGE DISPOSAL NOT AS MIN HOUSING ISSUE, HOWEVER, THE EXTENSION CORD MUST BE REMOVED. DISPOSAL MUST BE CONNECTED TO OUTLET FROM WALL - (HAND-WIRED) - TEMP1 |
