The owners are in the process of obtianing a plumber and a roofing contractor. Since there is no water to the water closet, no kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink, I issued a notice of violation for the above violations and stated that house is not to be occupied untill repairs are satisfactory completed. NOTE: TENANTS LEFT APARTMENT ON THEIR OWN (PRIOR TO MY INSPECTION) AND ARE STAYING IN A MOTEL. |
