| 07/25/2007 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | I was called by Tucson Fire Department to the Broadway East Apartments for a tree that had fallen on the building during a storm. There was no aparent structural damage to the building and very minimal damage to building. Some of the roof tiles were damaged and a small area, 6"x12", of plaster finish damaged. Property representatives were on site and took responsibility. A tree service was called to assess the removal of the tree. Due to the lack of light and potential injury to workers the decision was made to begin removal in the morning. Approximately 20 residents were relocated until removal of the tree could be affected. No follow up necessary. Case closed. |
