MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR STATED LEAK WAS FROM BROKEN CONDENSATE LINE, CONDENSATE LINE LEAKING ONTO CEIL OF KITCHEN THEN LEAKING FROM RECESSED LIGHT FIXTURE RING. NO WATER LEAKING FROM ELECT. CONDENSATE LINE WAS REPAIRED, CEILING WAS REPAIRED AND BEING TEXTURED. TEXTURE MUST BE ALLOWED TO DRY BEFORE APPLYING PAINT. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WAS CHECKED OUT AND NO ISSUES. SMOKE DETECTOR IN HALLWAY AND 1 BEDROOM HAD BATTERIES REMOVED ON SITE MAINTENANCE INSTALLED BATTERY WHILE DNR INSPECTOR WAS ON SITE. NO OTHER ISSUES WERE PRESENT. DOORS AND WINDOWS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AND APARTMENT HAD BEEN RECENTLY REHABED. - Mel
