ANNIE MENTIONED THAT SHE TOOK THE COMPLAINT UP WITH HER OWNER WHO MENTIONED IF TENANT WAS WILLING TO PURCHASE AN A/C UNIT THAT HE WOULD HAVE IT INSTALLED FOR HER. ANNIE MENTIONED TENANT WAS OPPOSED. MET WITH TENANT LILLIAN YSLAS WHO ALLOWED ENTRY. UNIT FELT COOL INSIDE, COOLER WAS PUSHING AIR, TENANT HAD ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS CLOSED. I OFFERED TO OPEN A WINDOW OR DOOR, TENANT WAS OPPOSED. CLIMBED ONTO ROOF WITH MAINTENANCE PERSON LARRY, WHO OPENED THE COOLER SHOWED IT WAS WORKING, MENTIONED PAD WERE NEW. ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTED PROPERLY. WENT BACK DOWN TO #29 EXPLAINED MY FINDING WITH THE TENANT WHO MENTIONED SHE WAS OK AS LONG AS SHE KNOW THE COOLER WAS WORKING PROPERLY. - Mel |
