I made contact with the tenant at unit # 12 - Mrs. Yvonne McKee .... the low / high switch for the evaporative cooler works only on low, the air flow from the cooler is weak & could be a little more cooler ( with the current humid conditions ) , & the a/c unit in the bedroom is not working. While I was at the location she received a call from the Management - Mrs. Violet Suetkamp - after their discussion on the conditions, Mrs. McKee informed me management will be sending a maintenance person out this afternoon to maintenance / repair the evaporative cooling system .... before leaving I advised Mrs. McKee I would contact Mrs. Suetkamp by phone to request they address this matter within 24 hrs. & if they can't repair the system, they would need to provide alternate cooling ( portable evaporative coolers or a/c units ) .... Mrs. McKee informed me that if management can't repair the cooling system sufficiently, she would stay at her friends ( Mrs.Driver's ) a few days .... I issued Mrs. McKee my business card & advised her I will be out on Monday - July 9th for a re-inspection. |
