MET WITH TENANT AND TOOK JERRY ORTA, OUR ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, TO CHECK IF HE COULD FIND IF SHORTING OUT IN UNIT. UNABLE TO FIND ANYTHING AND MET WITH MANAGEMENT AND THEY CALLED BERT'S ELECTRIC TO SITE AND THEY CHECKED UNIT. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIND ANYTHING AND CHECKED CHICKEN WIRING IF CARRYING ANY CURRENT AND FOUND NONE. BERT'S ELECTRIC WILL WRITE A LETTER STATING THAT EVERYTHING OK AND WILL LET TENANT INTO UNIT. WILL PICK UP LETTER. - Mel |
