Inspection showed only a stuffed chair, atv, a few children's toys and a small table in the front yard; no refuse. The violation in the front yard is not grievous, but storage violations could apply (atv is ok). The back yard is filled with scattered personal items, not necessarily trash. NOV for residential storage and refuse will be prepared for the property owner and tenant. lrp |
