(the laundry room is quite small and faces the neighbors house at the east side.) The rear detached storage/carport has a double gate which is held shut by one board each, anchored at the ground and wedged at the center of the door. A more aggressive means of insuring that the door will remain closed is in order. The east elevation has a single hung window 2-0 x 3-0 w/ checkered window panes at which a few are broken. A replacement or a board-up is in order. |
