ALSO, OWNER GOT HOLD OF LUCY, MANAGER #409-4029, LUCY DID SHOW ON PROPERTY, STARTED TO SHOW ALL HAZARDS AND EXPLAIN ABOUT NOV, ALSO TWO (2) COMPANIES ARE COMING OUT TO SECURE AND MAKE REPAIRS, LUCY STATED SHE IS NOT STAYING HERE SO IF COMPANIES SHOWED, THERE WOULD BE NO ONE TO TALK TO AND/OR APPROVE WORK, CALLED ALEX AGAIN TO EXPLAIN, LUCY WILL NOW STAY, I CALLED BOTH COMPANIES TO E.T.A. ONE WILL BE HERE IN APPROX 30 MIN. AGREED TO STAY AND GO OVER ISSUES.
