09/14/2007 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TRAVIS LEE WHO MENTIONED HE WAS WORKING WITH OWNER TO DO ALOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS, FROM DEMO OF THE INTERIOR OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE TO BUILDING A WOOD FENCE TO STORE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS COMING NOT ONLY OUT OF THE HOUSE BUT ALSO FOR THE EXISTING MATERIALS ON THE LARGE EXTERIOR LOT. TRAVIS MENTIONED THAT SOME OF THE MATERIALS ARE TO BE REUSED, ALSO MENTIONED PLANS ARE BEING DRAWN UP AT THIS TIME IN THE DESIGN PORTION OF THIS BUT THEY HAVE ALREADY SENT TO THE ARCHITECT, WHO WILL BE THE PERSON ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING PERMITS. TRAVIS MENTIONED HE AND TWO OTHERS SHOULD HAVE FENCE COMPLETED BY THE WEEKEND AND WILL BEGIN STORING MATERIALS BEHIND THE FENCE. TRAILER AND 2 FLAT BEDS ON THE LOT ARE ALSO SCHEDULED TO BE REMOVED. FRONT LANDSCAPE HAS BEEN CLEARED AND TRASH REMOVED. WILL MEET WITH CARLOS ON HOW TO PROCEED, AND POSSIBLE EXTENSION FOR THE OWNER/BUILDER.
