MET WITH MANAGER AND OCCUPANT WATER HEATER WAS REPLACED OTHER ISSUES SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT WERE NOT IN VIOLATION. I DID ISSUE NOTICE FOR WORK WITHOUT PERMITS FOR NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED. OCCUPANT IS BEING EVICTED THEY HAVE A COURT HEARING ON 06/28/07. DUE TO BEHIND ON RENT AND BOUNCED CHECK. WILL FOLLOW UP IN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF N/O/V. |
