CEILING NEAR SINK AREA RIGHT HAND SIDE SHOWS SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKING. LIVING ROOM NORTHWEST CORNER SHOWS SIGNS OF LEAKS. OVERGROWTH OF VEGETATION ALONG WEST SIDE OF THE UNIT. VEGETATION IS UP AGAINST UNIT AND ALSO IS BLOCKING ACCESS TO THE WATER HEATER. VISIBLE MOLD IN FRONT BEDROOM WEST WALL. MOLD IS ALSO VISIBLE IN THE SAME AREA ON THE OUTSIDE WALL. PHOTOS TAKEN. RM
