Followup Inspection showed no compliance as well as additional scattered clothing and items in back yard. Owner, Lilly Hackett, was found on location in back yard and stated she thought she had two months to comply. She was clearly confused; initial impression by inspector is that the owner has hoarding and other possible issues and may not be in contact with other family members. A 30-day extension was given to owner to remove all materials as long as she contracted help with any friends, family or agencies that could help her. lrp |
