A Citation will be issued as the area Inspector has an open case @ 2043, the adjoining address for same issues. I spoke wiht Betty J Barlow, mother of the property owner Gerald Barlow. Ms. Barlow explained that she gave the house to her son and he is the owner and responsible party. Ms. Barlow explained further that she initiated the action in this case due to a recent visit to the property. A notice of violation will be issued for both addresses and a follow up inspection scheduled for 30 days. DC |
