I received a call from a citizen stating there were weeds on the lot. I drove by and noted several spots on the lot where the wild grass was in excess of the 6" limit per city ordinance. I called the property owner and left a message explaining the problem. I issued a formal NOV to the owner as well indicating the standard protocol. Follow up 30 days. |
