ALLEY IS CLEAN; NO ACCUMULATION, NO OVERLOADING- INSPECTION WAS THURSDAY BEFORE FRIDAY SERVICE. PROPERTY IN QUESTION DOES HAVE PALM TREES, BUT THEY APPEARED TO BE TRIMMED UP, SO THERE ARE UNLIKELY ANYMORE FRONDS TO DUMP (IF THIS WAS THE CASE PREVIOUSLY).
