CONFIRMED APARTMENT MANAGEMENT WAS USING APARTMENT #231 AS AN OFFICE AND CETRAL POINT FOR GROUNDS STAFF. THEIR PRESENCE WAS AUDIBLY DETECTABLE AT 1:30 PM. SPOKE TO ZACK, MANAGER, AND ADVISED APARTMENT MAY NOT BE SUITABLE AND WAS DISTURBING TO NEIGHBORS. ADVISED AN NOV MAY BE SENT TO MOVE OFFICE. UPDATE: ZONING STATES THIS IS AN ACCEPTABLE USE BY AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, SO NO VIOLATION. LRP |
