MET WITH TPD OFFICER S HOYTE. OFFICER INDICATED THAT RESIDENCE OF UNIT 3 WAS USING ELECTRICAL EXTENSION CORD TO POWER HIS UNIT FROM UNIT 2. OFFICER ALSO STATED ELECTRICAL SERVICE HAS BEEN TURNED OFF BY TEP. PRIOR TO ARRIVING ON SITE, DNR INSPECTOR ATTEMPTED CONTACTING OWNER TO INFORM OF POSSIBLE SHUTDOWN. INSPECTOR REQUESTED OWNER MAKE CONTACT AND/OR MEET ON SITE.
MADE CONTACT WITH TENANT, INFORMED HIM DNR HAD BEEN CONTACTED REGARDING UNIT WAS WITHOUT REQUIRED ELECTRICAL POWER. TENANT STATED HE HAD TEP TERMINATE SERVICE DUE TO TO TENANT WOULD BE VACATING UNIT TOMORROW 04-26-07. TENANT STATED HE HAD PERMISSION FROM OWNER TO STAY.
INSPECTOR INFORMED HIM DUE TO CODE REQUIREMENT BY COT TENANT COULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OCCUPY UNIT WITHOUT REQUIRED ELECTRICAL SERVICE. INSPECTOR REQUESTED ENTRY INTO UNIT TO ACCESS LIVING CONDITION. TENANT REFUSED, BUT AFTER SOME CONVERSATION TENANT ALLOWED ENTRY INTO UNIT. MIN HOUSING ISSUES ARE AS FOLLOWS
ELECTRICAL SYS
1) 2 WIRE SYSTEM INSTALLED WITH 3 PRONG RECEPTACLES IN KITCHEN, ONE FOR FRIDGE AND OTHER ON KITCHEN WALL BY SINK HAS NO GFI
2) RECEPTACLE WERE FOUNDMISSING OVER PLATES
3) BEDROOM LIGHT FIXTURE HANGING FROM ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR (CEILING)
4) ALL TWO PRONG RECEPTACLES ARE WORN OUT AND NO LONGER CAN HOLD IN APPLIANCE CORD PLUGS.
5) EXTERIOR DISCONNCETED PANELS ARE IN A DETERIORATING AND DELAPIDATED STATE, ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR PENETRATING BACK SIDE OF PANELS ARE NOT PROTECTED BY RUBBER GROMETS, SHUT OFF HANDLE MECHANISMS COMING APART, CONTACT SPADE NOT MAKING FULL CONTACT.
6) EXTERIOR SUB PANEL MOUNTED UNDER ROOF OVERHANG WITHOUT PROPER WEATHER PROTECTION, ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR UNDER EIGHT FEET NOT IN REQUIRED CONDUIT.

PLINTER AND HAS EXPOSED LAYERS OF VENEER
3) ALL EXTERIOR WOOD FASCICE IN A DELAPIDATED DETERIORATING CONDITION PAINT SURFACE HAS BEGUN TO BLISTER AND CHIP AWAY, SOME SECTION CONTAIN WOOD WROUGHT.
