On the southside of the house a medium sized tree branch has broken off of the tree and there is even more dead grass and an accumulation of dry vegetation, this includes the back yard which is visible because of the missing fence boards.
I will need to see how close the demolishion of the house is scheduled, to see if an n.o.v. will be warranted.
