PRIOR TO VISITING SITE, I CALLED RICHARD VIDAL AS IT APPEARED RICHARD MADE THE ORIGINAL ON CALL INSPECTION. RICHARD MET ME ON SITE AND MENTIONED HE DOES HAVE CASE PACKET WITH NOV. I WENT AHEAD AND KNOCKED ON DOOR, PERSON ANSWERING MENTIONED HE DID NOT LIVE THERE, GAVE ME CONTACT NUMBER FOR OWNER. WILL NEED TO REINSPECT ONCE I HAVE THE ORIGINAL CASE PACKET. WILL CONTACT OWNER. |
