THE CAR THEN COLLIDED WITH THE BARRIER WALL JUST WEST OF THE PORCH PUNCHING A HOLE AND CAUSING THE WALL TO LEAN SLIGHTLY. UNIT DEEMED SAFE TO OCCUPY. PORCH NOT IN DANGER OF COLLAPSE.
