04/13/2007 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Violation A large brick structure ( on an undeveloped parcel secluded from any residential or commercial properties ) with no utilities had homeless illegally occupying it & has an accumulation of trash on the exterior. The structure has a six foot chain link around it & unsecured windows & doors. I obtained photo's of the current conditions on the property.

I had requested the police department be in attendance to maintain the peace - Officers M. Lapedus, N. Warner, & P. Pina - arrived & evicted the one person on the site - Mrs./Ms. Roberta Dominguez - boy friend, Robert Williams not on site.

She was informed that no person may return without the permission of the owner / responsible party - Mr.Mike Baruch & Mrs. Lyn French - from KB Homes. I received this information with the assistance of D.Cox. She was given Mr.Baruch name & contact phone number if she or anyone else wanted to return to retrieve any personal items.

Mr.Baruch arrived to secure the property by locking the entry gate with lock & chain ( obtained assistance on protocol from my supervisor C.Cruz ) - he was informed to post No Trespassing signs on fence & structure ; police officer suggested he also secure the windows & doors, which I concurred with.

Mr. Baruch will consider the demolition of the structure ; I requested he keep me apprised if they will demolish the structure. I advised him I will postpone a notice of violation for the trash for two weeks pending the status of the demolition. I conveyed the ' occupants ' names to Mr. Baruch should they contact him for permission to enter the premises & the phone number for Development Services for a permit for demolition.

Later in the afternoon I received a call from the Corporate Office - Mr. Eric Davis ( Boise,Idaho ) - I elaborated on the situation & status ; he stated he would be in town in a week for a meeting & he will place this subject on the agenda.
