Inspection revealed ordinary residential storage at residence. No refuse noted, only personal items. Due to recent court decisions relating to storage adn the Land Use Code, I consulted the Office of the City Prosecutor. After viewing the photographs, Prosecutor's Pat Mehrhoff and Alan Merrit both agree that there are no prosecutable violations. Case closed. |
