I spoke with the owner today. He informed me that he was in the process of evicting the tenant for numerous reasons. He stated that the essential items in the residence were all operational. He stated that the tenant failed to appear at a scheduled meeting on the 04-23-07 with CODAC officials. The meeting was rescheduled for 04-30-07. Follow up 05-01-07 to assertain the results of the meeting. |
