Escalante Concrete first redirected lights and has since turned off the portable lights that he was using during the night for security reasons. I visited Kiewit/Sundt last Thursday. They were aware of the problem and had already redirected one light that seemed to be causing problems in the neighborhood to the west. I went by Friday night to see if any lights could still causing problems and all seemed OK. There were no bright lights coming from either property. I hope to do another night time check this week. |

| 05/09/2007 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | KICKED BACK TO DSD FOR HELP. JASON JAWORSKY IS GOING TO HAVE A COMMERCIAL INSPECTOR TAKE A LOOK AT IT. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER ABOUT 1 WEEK AGO, HE DOES ADMIT TO USING HIGH POWERED LIGHTS TO KEEP THEFT DOWN. HE ALSO ADMITTED TO SEEING THE LIGHTS FROM THE FREEWAY... JUST AS THE COMPLAINANT HAD MENTIONED. AT THIS TIME HE ANGLED THEM IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION. WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM J. JAWORSKY. CRP |
