UNABLE TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS ANY HEAT DAMAGE TO CONDUCTORS, DID HAVE TEP PULL METER, CITY CLEARANCE, PERMIT REQUIRED AND INSPECTION FROM DSD. CONMDEMED THE UNIT. UNIT 5 EXTERIOR DAMAGE WAS THE SAME BUT THERE BATHROOM WINDOW WAS BROKEN, SOME INSPECTION HOLES IN THE CEILING. DID CONTACT OWNER TO ADVISE OF DAMAGE GRAY 624-8873. SOUTHWEST GAS DID SHUT GAS AT METER. LIGHT SMOKE DAMAGE IN DWELLING WILL REQUIRE HVAC SYSTEM BE SERVICED. WILL HAVE CSR SCHEDULE FOLLOW UP INSPECTION WITH AREA INSPECTOR.
