Trailer is on it's OEM wheels and the tires are filled with air. The trailer is not being supported by a stack of tires. The trailer appears to be empty and not lived in. This is a commercial tire shop located in a commercial zone. No obvious or immanent hazard presented by the trailer. Case closed. |
