I spoke with the property owner and explained that he was not allowed to cross the adjacent lot owned by El Paso Natural Gas in order to access the rear of his property. In addition I explained that the piles of dirt and construction debris needed to be removed. He acknowledged that he understood and stated he would correct the problem and discontinue crossing the High Pressure Gas Line owned by EPNG. Case closed. |
