Followup inspection showed compliance of violations. All vehicles were removed or plated. There are some new/different cars on property, but they are in good condition and are allowable. Debris was picked up and storage is confined to carport, front porch and rear yard, which is allowable. Some storage in the back yard has been removed and is now considered to be under the 25% of total property limit. Refuse has been abated. Conclusion: property is not beautiful, but is in compliance at this time. LRP |
