Address on report is incorrect - the property conducting work for a septic system is 2821 S. Paradise Mountain ; I made contact with the person doing the work & he didn't have a permit with him however, he stated they had one. I obtained all the pertinent information for him & company. I advised him I would research & inform him of my findings & take appropriate action if necessary. |
