I spoke with the landlord, Maria Reyes, and she stated the tenant had not contacted her regarding any problems with the house. She stated that the tenants lease was not being renewed and the lease would terminate 03-31-07. I then contacted the tenant, Jeanette Lopez, to question her and set an appointment to inspect the home for code violations. An inspection of the home will take place 03-20-2007 @ 13:00. |
