Fire as a result of smoking. Roof damage, damage to interior ceiling above range/oven. Severe unsanitary living conditions. See photos in SIRE. Apartment was condemned, Gas and Electric utilities were disconnected and house posted "DO NOT ENTER" and boarded. Maintenance person at 1275 E. Glenn advised and given Damage Report. Permits required for restoration and RECO of utilities. Insulation above ceiling is type that may contain friable asbestos. Follow up 2 days. |
