I spoke to store manager Kate today. She stated she was unaware of pernitting requirements and I advised her of the requirement. Repairs have been made to the interior wall. The exterior is still awaiting repair. I told her a permit would be required and a citation would be issued as a result of failure to comply. She indicated she would pass the information along to her superiors. Follow up 30 days. |
