Very minimal damage to the building. Some cracks in the exterior stucco finish. Possibly some broken wall studs. Unable to determine full extent of damage to wall studs because neither interior nor exterior walls had any penetration. Wall was slightly bowed toward the interior of the building. No other building systems, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, involved. Occupant directed to contact DSD for permit requirements. Damage report in SIRE. Follow up 30 days. |
