FRONT DOOR MOLDING HAS SMALL CRACK. MAINTENANCE TO REPAIR AS NEEDED. NO VIOLATION. KITCHEN TILE AND BASEBOARD APPEAR TO HAVE PULLED UP SLIGHTLY. TENANT STATED CONCERNED ABOUT MOLD. NO MOLD VISIBLE ON OR AROUND WALL AND TILE AREA WHERE TILE AND BASEBOARD ARE PULLED UP. (NON DNR ISSUE) MAINTENANCE STATED WILL REPAIR TILE AND BASEBOARD WITHIN 1 DAY. NO VIOLATION.
