2.) Occ. Load is over 50 therefore panic hardware is needed on rear door and main door. Numbers 120 and 101.
3.) Exit door in room #113 (office) needs to be outward or remove exit sign showing exit way. Plans shall be changed showing the removal of this exit.
4.) In room #113 (office) need to remove double cylinder keyed dead lock from door, need to have thumb style lock or no lock on door.
