2 ISSUES EXIST WITH LOT GRADING
THE OVERALL GRADING PLAN INDICATES THAT LOT SHOULD DRAIN TO THE REAR AND THE EXISTING SLOPE PREVENTS POSITIVE DRAINAGE
I HAVE TALKED TO BILL TERRELL AND WILL MEET WITH HIM ON SITE. ALL FURTHER COMMENTS REGARDING THIS CONCERN WILL BE UNDER T04BU02322.

THE SECOND CONCERN IS THE WEEP HOLE LOCATED IN WALL NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR. IT APPEARS EITHER TO BE TOO LOW- NOT ALLOWING FOR DRAINAGE TO CONTINUE THROUGH BACK YARD. THERE HAVE BEEN SWALES DUG TO PROVIDE POSITITIVE DRAINAGE FROM THE BACK SIDE OF THE WALL TO THE REAR OF LOT.
12/05/2007 ASSURANCE Correction Required MET ON SITE WITH NICHOLE AND TURK, PER THE REQUEST OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR WHO DENIED THE LOT BASED ON DRAINAGE ISSUES.

LOT NOT READY FOR APPROVAL. LOT SHOULD BE A TYPE "B" REAR DRAINING LOT.

FRONT PORTION OF LOT HAS PONDING ISSUE AT FRONT DOOR THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED PRIOR TO FINAL.

REAR YARD ALSO HAS DRAINAGE ISSUES. SWALES HAVE BEEN PLACED IN THE BACK YARD TO ASSIST WITH DRAINAGE, WATER IS STILL NOT MAKING IT OUT OF THE BLOCKED WEEP HOLES AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. WILL MEET WITH BILL TERRELL ON SITE TODAY TO FURTHER DISCUSS SITUATION.

ASKED TURK TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM SURVERYOR ASSURING THAT GRADE AND DRAINAGE IS CORRECT.
