Sire isn't letting me view the plans for this project. However, the site elevation is about 2 feet higher than the street elevation. If the channel is not large enough to contain the flows they will be directed north across Golf Links and not toward this project. I don't think that it is affected by floodplain in spite of the approximate maps.
